Sacred Liberation December RetreatGive yourself space to hear what’s been waiting beneath the noise.
December 5–6, 2026 • Turtle Lake, Wisconsin
9 am–6 pm each day
You can spend so much time tending to your life that you lose touch with yourself inside it. What you want. What you feel. What you know, underneath everyone else’s needs and the constant thinking.
And sometimes, even when you’ve done a lot of inner work, you can feel there’s something more waiting to open.
This December, join me for two days of Sacred Liberation. Through guided breathwork, energy activations, and practices for deeper inner connection, we’ll create space to explore what you’re ready to release, listen to what’s emerging, and reconnect with the part of you that knows there’s more available.
What could change when you give yourself this kind of space?
Hear yourself more clearly
When you’re constantly responding to life, your own knowing can become difficult to hear. We’ll explore practices that help you become more present and receptive, so you can begin recognizing what feels true for you.
Meet yourself with more compassion
There may be parts of yourself you’ve judged, hidden, or learned to push through. This is space to meet what’s there with curiosity and care, and explore the possibility of responding to yourself differently.
Experience connection without having to perform
One of the most beautiful parts of our recent retreats was how quickly people began seeing and appreciating one another. There were belly laughs, tears, honest conversations, and those moments when someone else’s words helped you understand something in yourself.
There’s room here for your joy, your uncertainty, your quiet, and whatever you arrive carrying.
Bring something meaningful home
We’ll practice ways to return to that inner connection when everyday life gets busy again. The intention is to leave with something you can use: a practice that helps you settle, a clearer sense of your next step, or a new willingness to trust what you already know.
What we’ll explore together
Our time will include guided breathwork, energy activations, reflection, and experiential practices that support inner awareness and connection.
You’ll have space to experience, rest, and make sense of what arises. I’ll guide you throughout, and you’re welcome to pause, modify a practice, or simply rest when you need to.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself are enough.

What you'll experience
Everything is experiential. Nothing is random.
Deep breathwork journeys
Guided journeys where the thinking mind steps back and the body gets room to release and reset.
Reflection and embodied practice
Time to notice what came up and practices that help you trust what you're feeling.
Practices for home
Simple tools you learn at the retreat and keep using on your own afterward.
Real community
Strangers become friends. People come back year after year, partly for each other.
Love, laughter, and joy
The deep work sits alongside a lot of laughter. You'll be surprised how light it feels.
Room to rest and integrate
Lunch is provided both days, and there's space to pause, rest, and make sense of what arises.

Dave brings a rare, grounded presence to this work. His gift is holding space for the wounds we carry in relationship: safety for women to heal wounds from the masculine, and room for men to open up and be vulnerable in ways they rarely allow themselves.

Good to know
Everything you need to feel ready
Is this for me if I’ve never done breathwork?
Yes. Whether you’ve done years of inner work or have never tried breathwork, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself are enough, and you’ll be guided the whole way.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. You’ll be in a small group of people on a similar path, where it’s safe to be honest, to cry, and to laugh. People are often surprised by how quickly strangers become friends.
Is this religious?
No. Sacred Liberation doesn’t belong to any religion or belief system. People of all faiths and backgrounds take part and feel welcome.
What if I get emotional?
Emotion is welcome and very normal. The space is safe and loving, and nothing that comes up will be judged. You stay in control from start to finish, and you can pause, modify a practice, or simply rest at any time.
What should I bring?
A journal, a small blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, and a water bottle. Wear loose, comfortable clothes in layers. Lunch is provided both days.
Where is it, and where do I stay?
The retreat is in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, and the exact address is in your welcome email. It’s a daytime retreat, 9 am–6 pm each day. Overnight accommodation is not included, but there are local hotels nearby.
How does the payment plan work?
Choose “Payment plan” on the registration form. You’ll set up three monthly payments of $111 through PayPal, then come back and submit the form. Your place is reserved once both are done.
Is there anything I should check with my doctor?
Breathwork is safe for most people. If you’re pregnant, or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy or a seizure history, glaucoma, a recent surgery or injury, or a serious mental health condition, please talk with your doctor first and let me know before the retreat. Breathwork supports your health care. It doesn’t replace it.
